WHC – WALL HOT CATALYSIS

LEMAN Instruments designed the WHC product of high-purity THC-free gas to fit almost any application within the specifications. Simple and close to the consumer, it is mostly designed for special integrations or wall-mounted installation.

Compressed air, supplied from central distribution or from an external air compressor, is processed through a hot catalysis process, which removes THC. After the purification process, Air is filtered of remaining particulates down to 0.01µm, and pressure is regulated to the set value, between 0.5 and 9 bar.

This system has been developed to be integrated into variable installation under the OEM concept or directly on a gas line.

This system is generally used on an AIR line, but it can remove THC from N2, O2, or any other gases within the manufacturer’s recommendation.
