NANO ZA
LEMAN Instruments designed the NANO ZA product line of High-Purity Zero Air to fit almost any type of application that needs an independent supply of pure air close to the consumer in an elegant, compact laboratory casing that can be stacked into our NANO TOWER or used independently.
Compressed air is first filtered from particulates to 5µm and dried by a static dryer. Based on the field-proven Pressure Swing Adsorption (Smart PSA) technology, impurities are extracted from a set of filters filled with different molecular absorbents. After extracting, ZA passes through a buffer and is filtered of remaining particulates down to 0.1µm; finally, the output pressure is regulated manually from 0.5 to 5 bar.
Models with an outflow of up to 3 NL/min N2 are available.
The NANO ZA concept is to be touched one time once the installation is done, and then this is it. There are no consumables or short-term maintenance to do. It is a simple and extremely robust ZA Generator. It can be stacked into the NANO TOWER Combined gas generator solution or used totally independently. With two LEDs, the user will have the information if the system works or not.
